Good place to stay

Good location, close to shopping centre and Metro. Breakfast choice was very good including Western and Thai options. Room was modern clean and quiet.

Evening dining was in outside area and was quite noisy from the local traffic. Limited choice of food but good quality.

Recommended for a stay in Bangkok

Hotel is located on 19th to 29th floor of the building offering good views of the city. A bit far from Rattanakosin but still good location being right near BTS skytrain (W1 National Stadium) and malls Siam Paragon, MBK Centre. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine although biased towards Asian style. At the ground floor there is a travel agency vending point from where day trips can be booked.

The position was excellent bed was comfortable. Pillows were average to poor

I tried to order room service 4 times where what I wanted wasn’t available. Multiple times on the room service were not available. No vegan options on the room service were available breakfast was very average. Not much healthier options.

Very Good

The room was very comfortable and a decent size. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is very good with the MBK and Siam shopping centres across the road. Also, access to the Sky Train is a 2 min walk. There are not many bars or restaurants around the hotel, but there are some a couple of blocks away. There is also a 7 Eleven on the ground floor and some excellent street food outside. My husband and I stayed there for 2 nights prior to leaving Bangkok, and it was perfect for that.

Although the staff are very nice and helpful, the hotel is very clean there is a clinical feel and not much atmosphere in the hotel. You also need to go through the Ibis and change elevators to get in and out of the Mercure.

Hotel is very much opposite to the national stadium and it is very convenient to go to any place.

Hotel doesn't serve complimentary breakfast and the prices are very high for breakfast and other menu items.

Unfortunately, I went to the restaurant and being a pure vegetarian, I ordered for veg pasta. I kept on waiting for 30-45 minutes and finally a dish arrived. The chef's understanding of pasta mean Noodles with lot of red, white, sauce. It smelled differently and I ended up eating .25 portion of the plate but I had to pay full amount as they claimed that pasta is that dish only.

Great location as the BTS National stadium metro train station is in front of the hotel and 5 minutes walk across the road via the pedestrian bridge, to the MBK shopping centre which has an good selection of food including a big food court

Too Long To Sum It Up, Do read my review!

The staff are friendly and polite. I have to highlight this particular Bellman named Kriengsak L. who was particularly helpful when we had a little problem with Klook Sim Card and the driver. He was kind enough to help us call, text, and eventually wait for the driver to return with our Sim Cards. The location of the hotel is excellent - right beside the National Stadium BTS, a very short walk to MBK and Siam Paragon/Center/Discovery and connection to other places is so easy from SIAM BTS. And with a 7 Eleven right downstairs, its a definite PLUS. Housekeeping is prompt in delivering whenever we request for extra items. Checking in and out is hassle free. We didn't get to enjoy the food in the hotel as we eat out all the time. This is our second stay in a year and when we come back, we will definitely stay again. Thank you Kriengsak L and Mercure for making our stay an awesome one!

Good location to visit modern part of Bangkok, fantastic view from roof swimming pool, good breakfast, helpfull staff.

Small room, cold water in swimming pool, everythig was ok, but we stayed on better 4 stars hotels.

The room was a great size, had a separate sitting room and the views from each room were incredible. Really liked the pool area, which also had some great deals on drinks before 6pm. The location is great too, literally directly beside the national stadium BTS stop.

Wifi is very poor!

Wifi is very poor! Frustrating to have to log in all the time. We had to wait for our suitcases very long. I would have preferred to bring them to our room myself, but we had to give them to the porter of the hotel. Breakfast room was overfull with hotel guests. There was no table available. We had to wait. This hotel is very crowded and most of the time fully booked. You can feel it with everything you want or do. Long waiting at check out also.. Many paperworks! Should be more proffessional! I won’t book it again! It feels more like an institute!

Very comfortable stay, the location is perfect.

Very strategic location, staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, bead are comfy. Breakfast is not bad but it can get very crowded so you may want to start your breakfast early. 7-Eleven is at the ground floor, another 7-Eleven is just few steps walk away, so convenient!

You need to take the lift to 6th floor where the hotel lobby is located, and then take another lift to your room. Breakfast area is shared with guest from Iblis hotel, should have a separate breakfast area.

Luxury hotel in the center of Bangkok

Location was really convenient. Breakfast was so delicious and variety. Pillow and bed were really good.

The elevator made me confuse. It would be better if adding the sign which indicated that this elevator will go to which floor, for Ibis or for Mercure.
